“The seminar aims to strengthen cooperation activities, promote investment, trade and tourism, as well as introduce the potential and strengths of Hanoi and cities and provinces in the Red River Delta,” said Nguyen Anh Duong, director of HPA. “The event also supports investors to connect and seek an effective investment environment; helps businesses promote, introduce products, and seek business cooperation opportunities, thus contributing to raising awareness and effectively implementing the campaign "Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods" and promoting investment cooperation programmes, tourism development between Hanoi and other provinces and cities nationwide.”

At the seminar, HPA and IPA introduced the investment environment of the two localities, and that of cities and provinces in the Red River Delta region. Besides this, they connected and introduced cooperation opportunities between businesses and investors, and promoted investment, trade and tourism promotion in the region.
Participants also discussed possible solutions to develop One Commume, One Product items, and craft village products associated with tourism.
Organisations signed MoUs on expanding cooperation and supporting businesses in Quang Ninh and Hanoi; supporting trade connection between business associations in Hanoi, the Red River Delta and international corporations and organisations.

As part of the event, HPA also organised an exhibition space to introduce businesses, investors and consumers with incentive policies, and priority industries to draw in investment.
