Ippersiel arrives as a general manager with 18 years of experience in hospitality with Marriott International. He began his career back in 1998 at the JW Marriott Dubai as director of sales before being promoted to director of sales and marketing at Renaissance Dubai in 2000.
In 2013, Ippersiel was appointed as general manager of the Renaissance Tlemcen in Algeria. He was given the opportunity to open the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach in 2015 and his most recent position before joining the family of Sheraton Grand Danang Resort was as cluster general manager for both of the Sheraton Resorts in Hua Hin.
