A series of brand-new dining programmes has been launched at Saigon Café, Li Bai Cantonese restaurant, The Lounge, and Signature Restaurant on level 23, as the hotel continues to elevate its culinary experiences.

Li Bai’s talented chefs continue to delight diners as they present the distinctive menu for March, featuring four culinary creations made from garoupa and soon hock – two iconic fish in Cantonese cuisine.

Renowned for placing a strong emphasis on the harmony between looks, smells, and tastes, Cantonese cooking has always been famous for its gourmet flavours thanks to its timeless culinary heritage.

Li Bai's diners will have the opportunity to discover the purest and most authentic tastes with four dishes including steamed grouper with freshly dried cordyceps flowers and oyster sauce, or the two-course garoupa with the body deep-fried and bathed in orange sauce and the head braised in a clay pot, Hong Xiu style.

The promotion is available for both lunch and dinner and is priced from VND1,170,000 ($50) per kg from 11am-2.30pm every day.

Priced from VND488,000 ($21) from 2-4.30pm, including free-flow chocolate beverages and selected tea and coffee, the afternoon tea experience compromises a multi-sensory culinary excursion.
