The globally-recognised Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is launching a series of brand-new dining programmes to elevate the culinary experience and cater to the needs of its customers, especially during the upcoming holidays of Easter, Independence Day, and Labour Day.

The dining programmes are available at the international and seafood buffet restaurant Saigon Café, Li Bai Cantonese restaurant, Level 23 Signature Western cuisine restaurant, and The Lounge in the hotel lobby.

Li Bai's talented chefs present the distinctive menu of April featuring eight delectable dim sum creations made from highly nutritious vegetables and selected meat and fish combined in a perfect harmony of flavours.

Renowned as an iconic dining culture of Cantonese cuisine, dim sum first originated from yum cha – the tea-drinking habit of travellers on the ancient Silk Road. Over centuries of gradual development, yum cha has become a popular practice for diners at Chinese restaurants.

The dim sum menu is available for both lunch and dinner at the restaurant and is priced from VND120,000++ ($5.20) per dish.

Renowned as one of the leading buffet restaurants in town, Saigon Café restaurant is serving an international buffet feast to highlight all the senses every Monday to Thursday, presenting the intersection of famous cuisines from around the world.

Only in April, the restaurant will offer the opportunity to relish the quintessence of Southeast Asian culinary culture with a series of famous specialities from Indonesia the Emerald of the Equator, Singapore the Lion City, and the land of the indigenous Malay.

The international buffet dinner also features diners’ favourites such as roasted prime beef, leg of lamb, grilled oysters with cheese, and whole baked fish fillet. The live station also provides daily-rotated menus featuring goat soup hotpot, Thai and mushroom hotpots prepared with original recipes, and daily fresh catches consisting of stingrays, octopuses, calamari, and tiger prawns to excite diners’ taste buds.

The international buffet dinner is available from 6-10pm, every Monday to Thursday for VND1,288,000++ ($56) per person including free-flow red and white wine, the cocktail of the day, beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

The highlights of a heartwarming Easter Sunday brunch are home-smoked gravadlax salmon, baked gammon with pineapple, baked oysters with cheese sauce, a collection of premium seafood delights, roast beef prime rib, and sea bass with roasted root vegetable sauce.

Saigon Café also features diners’ all-time favourites such as grilled lobster with a choice of sauces, pan-seared foie gras with cranberry and apricot jam, and an array of Japanese delicacies such as fresh salmon sashimi, sushi, seafood, and vegetarian tempura, as well as many other iconic Vietnamese delights.

The Easter Sunday Brunch is available from 11.30am to 3pm on Sunday, April 17 for VND1,888,000++ ($82) per person including free-flow sparkling wine, red and white wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Kid's corner will also have fun Easter games for children to enjoy. Diners can pay an extra VND600,000++ ($26) per person to enjoy free-flow Champagne.
