The organising committee launched the competition on October 18. Participants are challenged to produce innovative artworks that meaningfully engage with themes such as nature, environment, society, global innovations, or community-building.
This year’s competition is dedicated to honouring young Vietnamese artists and artists with disabilities, providing them with a platform to showcase their artistic talent through innovative and sustainable methods. The award seeks to inspire young talents to express their passion, supporting their professional development.
The competition aims to serve as a platform for exchanging groundbreaking ideas and promoting significant impact on these pressing issues. It also seeks to inspire the public to take proactive steps in their daily lives in response to global challenges.

The Pan Pacific Hanoi Art Award 2025 is divided into two categories. The first category is for Vietnamese young artists aged 18 to 30, who have completed formal art education at public or private art institutions/universities and are actively pursuing their careers in Hanoi. The second category is for artists with special needs, aged 12 to 35.
A distinguished panel of judges has been assembled for the art award, including deans and vice-deans from the Vietnam University of Fine Arts, the University of Industrial Fine Arts, and the Hanoi College of Arts, along with an art council from Singapore.
Each participant is allowed to submit up to two artworks. Shortlisted entries will be contacted by the Organising Committee with instructions on where to send their works. The art council will personally review the exhibited pieces to determine the winners.
The Pan Pacific Hanoi Art Award was established in 2023 through a collaboration between Pan Pacific Hanoi Hotel and the Vietnam University of Fine Arts to celebrate the creativity and achievements of young Vietnamese artists, including those with special needs. This annual competition not only recognises their exceptional talent but also encourages the exploration of forward-thinking, eco-conscious artistic practices, while fostering stronger connections between artists and their communities.
