At the event, Shinec, developer of Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park (IP) in the northern city of Haiphong, offered information on the potential and advantages of its projects, along with meeting and establishing long-term cooperative relationships with diverse partners. The conference also engaged guest speakers from Core Pacific Group and Asia Business Centre, as well as Vincent Wu, deputy director of Strategy at KPMG.

At the conference, speakers discussed and provided in-depth analysis of the economic stability and investment support policies of the Vietnamese government; offered ideas to ensure Vietnam becomes an ideal destination for investors looking for market expansion; and noted that cooperation between businesses from Taiwan and Vietnam would bring great benefits and promote sustainable development for both sides.
Tsai Chih-Chang, CFO of Core Pacific Group, said that Shinec has developed eco-IP and cluster projects towards international standards, attracting many investors from all over the world.

During the conference, Shinec introduced attractive investment opportunities in the company’s four current eco-IPs and cluster projects: Nam Cau Kien Eco-IP, Dung Tien-Giang Bien cluster, and An Tho cluster all in Haiphong, and Dam Ha cluster in the nearby province of Quang Ninh.
These areas not only have an abundant and high-quality labour force, but also possess a synchronous transportation infrastructure system, as well as offer convenient and fast administrative procedures.
The conference also witnessed the signing of an MoU between Shou Tay Metal Company and An Tho Investment. This is an important first step, opening up opportunities for long-term and sustainable cooperation between the two sides, while creating strong development momentum for the An Tho cluster in the future.
Along with Nam Cau Kien Eco-IP and An Tho IC in Haiphong, Shinec is currently the developer of Dak Doa cluster in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai, Dam Ha cluster in Quang Ninh province, and Dong Phu 2 IP in the Mekong Delta province of Hau Giang.
Shinec has also teamed up with Japan’s Kitakyushu Asia Center for Carbon Neutrality to expedite a pilot eco-IP model in Nam Cau Kien. At the same time, the company has established cooperative ties with many major domestic and foreign partners such as Core Pacific Group, Viet Nhat Steel, Tien Phong Plastic, and Van der Leun, among others.
With a sustainable strategy, Shinec is replicating the business model of ecological IPs and clusters across the country with available land up to 3,500 hectares, and is committed to zero waste in IPs by 2025 and neutral carbon emissions by 2030.
