Shinec and Alphanam enter into a strategic cooperation

The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Shinec JSC and VIREX JSC was held at Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park

Accordingly, Shinec JSC (the investor of Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park) has officially become a strategic partner and the sole distributor of Alphanam Group in the northern provinces of Vietnam. Products including Kansai Paint, Toto sanitary wares, and FujiAlpha Elevator, among others, will be supplied, warranted and maintained directly by Shinec to projects and individual consumers in the northern provinces and cities.

Giving a speech at the signing ceremony, Pham Hong Diep, chairman of Shinec JSC, shared that he would reserve more than 3 hectares of Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park (IP), Thuy Nguyen district, Haiphong to build a management and distribution centre with a variety of Vietnam’s top products in a modern style to be the key place to introduce and supply products of more than 20 major brands of Red Star Entrepreneur Association (Alphanam, Eurowindow, Son Ha, and others), aiming to elevate the Vietnamese brands and bring to the market the most added value.

“Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been marked changes in consumers' choices in choosing and using products and services. They now require a comprehensive solution as well as better quality products and services. With the purpose of raising Vietnam's brand value, Nam Cau Kien IP has been working with enterprises to bring future solutions to the market,” Diep affirmed.

Representing the partner, Nguyen Tuan Hai, chairman of Alphanam Group, shared that Alphanam fully believes in Shinec's influence and reputation to successfully approach and expand markets in the northern provinces and cities. Consumers are completely assured when using Alphanam Group's products at Shinec and receive the best value in terms of price and service quality.

“This even hallmarks our cooperation in developing the Sao Do Entrepreneur Association with the aim of building a new circular supply chain in which club members will together use and develop products and serives, cooperate on effective solutions to maximise product value in the market. All these activities are based on the harmony of the interests of the nation, enterprises, and consumers,” said Nguyen Canh Hong, chairman of Red Star Entrepreneur Association.

In the framework of the ceremony, a signing ceremony also took place between many Shinec partners and customers, including strategic cooperation agreements between U&ME Investment JSC and Alphanam Group; Bach Dang Construction Company and Hung Hai Backfill and Construction Exploited JSC.

Nam Cau Kien IP was built in 2008, invested by Shinec JSC. Throughout more than 12 years of construction and operation, Nam Cau Kien IP has always focused on improving the management system and developing utility services to increase benefits for customers, becoming partners, and ensuring the sustainable development of businesses.

So far, the first phase of Nam Cau Kien IP has reached full occupancy, attracting more than 55 domestic and foreign investors, and is known as the first eco-industrial park in Haiphong. 2020 is the year when the second phase of Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park starts implementation with a modern and synchronous infrastructure system.
