At the heart of the celebrations is a magical white horse carousel, taking centre stage in the hotel’s main lobby. Complementing this enchanting feature is a Santa Claus mailbox for young guests, where children can pen heartfelt wishes for loved ones, friends afar, or those in challenging circumstances. This initiative encourages children to embrace the spirit of giving and share joy with those around them. Santa Claus himself will be on hand to bring these wishes to life, adding a touch of magic to the festivities.

Culinary enthusiasts are invited to indulge in a series of special dining experiences. On December 24, a Christmas dinner will feature a spectacular buffet, followed by an exciting brunch on December 25. Highlights include roasted whole turkey with French beans, chestnut stuffing, and cranberry sauce, as well as slow-cooked beef ribs and whole lamb roasted with herbs.

Seafood lovers can visit the seafood station for delights such as grilled Japanese scallops with strawberry salad and Peruvian octopus, while the dessert station offers an array of Christmas cakes to complete the feast.

At Hemispheres, the holiday spirit takes on a gourmet twist, with a menu curated by Michelin Guide-selected chefs. Guests can savour dishes such as signature salmon gravlax, pan-seared foie gras with truffle mushrooms, and turkey consommé. The meal culminates in the iconic beef wellington and a traditional yule log cake, all enjoyed in the restaurant’s elegant, modern ambience overlooking picturesque West Lake.
