With an estimated total investment value of S$100 million ($74.56 million), Dhawa Quy Nhon Vietnam is the second phase of the Pegasus Education Tourism Development and will contain a total of 55 villas to be managed by Banyan Group under its Dhawa brand.
The development’s first phase kicked off with the opening of Outward Bound Vietnam in 2016. Pegasus Education Tourism Development spans approximately 60 hectares (ha) with its own beach front and is part of Pegasus chairman Ricky Tan’s vision to combine outdoor adventure education facilities with ecotourism hospitality.
