His special winter menu, as usual, will be unveiled at the very last minute to bring diners a pleasant surprise with an explosion of tastes, colours, and emotions in cuisine. Guests to the Festival of Flavours will not only experience interesting breakthroughs in the use of new ingredients but discover life in southwest France where Alain Dutournier was born and raised, about the sweet childhood memories of this talented chef. In its third season, Festival of Flavours at Press Club invites Alain Dutournier to share his opinions on sustainable cooking. With rich knowledge of biota, he always follows the philosophy of respecting nature and maximising the freshness and deliciousness of seemingly regular ingredients. This is also the foundation of sustainable cooking.
From November 12 to 23, guests can have a privilege to meet the Michelin-starred chef Alain Dutournier and enjoy dishes cooked by Alain himself, with lunch menu pricing from VND900,000++ ($39++) and dinner from VND1,750,000++ ($76++).
