Returning to Ho Chi Minh City this year, George Diakomichalis brings his passion to host a culinary journey to the lovers of Greek cuisine on November 7-10. Greece is not only famous for its mythology and coasts but is also known for its tasty and flavoursome dishes. George’s menu reflects the country’s tradition with Pastitsio – a Greek pasta made of ground meat topped with béchamel sauce and cheese, Baklava – a hands-down dessert favourite – a thin layer of golden filo filled with chopped almonds and two other popular sweets which are highly recommended, Cream Kataifi and Galaktoboureko.
