International pavilions will feature prominently, including the California Agricultural Export Council, California Milk Advisory Board, EU Pork, Food Export Association of the Midwest and Northeast USA, the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and ICE – Italian Trade Commission. Leading industry players such as Andros Vietnam, Dalat Milk (TH True Milk), Digicorp, Dyson, Golden Farm, Good Food, Ly Gia Vien, Vinabeef, and Vina Foam will also be present.
The event is expected to attract more than 7,200 trade visitors over three days. A diverse range of products will be showcased, including bakery, pastry, gelato, tea, coffee, wines, spirits, alcoholic beverages, and more. In addition, exhibitors will present food service and hospitality equipment, food technology, packaging, disposable products, and other related industry solutions.
According to the organisers, participation has increased by 22 per cent compared to the 2023 edition. International exhibitors now account for 70 per cent of the total, a five per cent rise from the previous year, indicating growing interest from global businesses in Hanoi’s F&B and hospitality sectors.
Annie Tran, senior event manager at Informa Markets Vietnam, which oversees the exhibition series, highlighted the significance of the event’s return to Hanoi. She said Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 is being held at a time when Vietnam’s food and beverage industry and hospitality sector are growing stronger than ever. Building on the success of Informa Markets’ global Food & Hospitality exhibitions, she expressed delight in bringing the event back to Hanoi from March 18 to 20.

Beyond the exhibition space, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 will feature a series of events celebrating industry talent and innovation. Key highlights include the Hanoi Talented Chef Competition III - 2025, the Vietnam Barista Competition, and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship, a unique coffee tasting contest. The Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025, Vietnam’s first internationally certified culinary award, will also take place during the exhibition, drawing strong interest from the F&B community.
Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 is part of a global series organised by Informa Markets, which runs nearly 40 trade shows worldwide, focusing on food, beverage, and hospitality in countries such as Brazil, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and the United States.
In Vietnam, the Food & Hospitality exhibition is held annually, alternating between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This year marks the event’s third edition in the capital, serving as a platform for business collaboration and trade connections between international producers, exporters, and local importers, distributors, and retailers.
