Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025, at the Hanoi International Exhibition Centre from March 18-20, is gearing up to welcome over 170 businesses from around the world.

Annie Tran, senior event manager at Informa Markets Vietnam, who oversees the Food & Hospitality exhibition series in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, reports that the entire exhibition space is fully booked, with cutting-edge solutions and products in the hospitality and food and beverages (F&B) industry all ready to be showcased.

"This means that thousands of trade visitors will experience a comprehensive exhibition space covering the entire value chain - from food, beverages, ingredients to food processing equipment, catering solutions, and housekeeping services. Additionally, a series of international conference, culinary demonstrations, and business matching sessions will offer valuable business opportunities during the three-day exhibition," said Tran.

According to the General Statistics Office, Vietnam’s economy got off to a strong start in 2025, laying a solid foundation for the year ahead. Total registered foreign investment in January reached $4.33 billion, a 48.6 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, total retail sales of goods and consumer services grew by 9.5 per cent. Such strong demand is expected to fuel growth in the F&B industry.

Mordor Intelligence estimates that Vietnam’s food service market will reach $24.8 billion this year, with a projected compound annual growth rate of 10.7 per cent from 2025 to 2030. The industry is undergoing rapid digital transformation, driven by changing consumer behaviour and increased adoption of technology. While this presents promising opportunities, it also challenges businesses to stay ahead of trends and adapt quickly.

In this context, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 is seen as a key opportunity for buyers to connect directly with distributors and enjoy exclusive offers. Visitors will also have the chance to experience a unique cultural and culinary space through events like the third Hanoi Salon Culinaire, the Vietnam Barista Competition, Vietnam Aromaster Championship, and Asia's Excellent Taste Awards 2025, which honours noteworthy contributions to Vietnam’s food, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.

In addition, the event will provid visitors with an opportunity to stay updated on the latest trends through a series of conferences co-organised by Informa Markets and the Vietnam Hotel Association, the Vietnam Executive Housekeeper Association, and the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association in Danang. These conferences will cover topics such as optimising hotel operating costs, using AI to enhance customer experiences, developing new F&B chain models that blend tradition with technology, and how to achieve sustainable growth in the sector.

The event is part of the Food & Hospitality series around the world, which includes over 40 international trade exhibitions dedicated to the food, beverage, and hospitality industries organised by Informa Markets. With alternative editions in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 will welcome exhibitors from 24 countries and regions.

The exhibition is expected to pull in more than 7,200 trade visitors over its three days. A wide range of F&B products will be showcased, and the event will feature solutions and services for the hospitality industry, food processing, packaging technology, as well as other related sectors.
