VIETWATER 2022: integration with global water supply and sewerage industry

Statistics in 2021 indicated that the ticker price of companies in the water sector rose 23 per cent, lower than the increase of VNIndex, partly caused by limitations in terms of technology, capacity, and big costs of clean water treatment and investment.

To support enterprises to get close to advanced water supply and sewerage technology and accompany them to grow steadily, Informa Markets will organise the international exhibition and conference VIETWATER2022 from November 9-11 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The event is supported by the Vietnam Urban Environment and Industrial Zone Association and the Water Chapter of the ASEAN US Science & Technology Fellowship Association (ASEAN S&T).

VIETWATER 2022 welcomes more than 250 enterprises from 25 countries and regions and promises to be a bridge for Vietnamese water supply and sewerage enterprises to integrate with the global water supply and sewerage industry as well as gives unlimited trading opportunities for assorted companies operating in the water, water supply and sewerage, and wastewater treatment industries in Vietnam.

VIETWATER 2022 will welcome more than 10,000 individuals and delegations in diverse fields. Government agencies, trade associations, water supply and sewerage plants, water and wastewater treatment companies, companies in the Food / Beverage / Beer, and Wine sectors, among others, are all welcome at the event.

This exhibition is an opportunity for agencies and enterprises to access advanced global water supply and sewerage technologies in an exhibition space of more than 5,000 square metres. In particular, they can explore outstanding technologies from seven international group pavilions, including the UK, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, and China.

The event schedule for VIETWATER 2022 encompasses municipal solid waste source separation and recycling technology – opportunities and challenges conference hosted by the Vietnam Institute of Urban and Industrial Environment – the Vietnam Urban Environment and Industry Zone Association on November 9 from 1pm to 5pm; International Water Conference hosted by Informa Markets and ASEAN S&T on November 10 from 8am to 4:40pm; and Technical Seminar sessions on November 9 and 10.
