Smart office tech takes spotlight at VietOffice 2025 in Hanoi

The exhibition is co-organised by VINEXAD, Vietnam’s a big exhibition company, and the Vietnam Office Machine Association (VOMA), with the goal of connecting businesses and showcasing cutting-edge industry solutions, and is expected to attract hundreds of visitors during the three-day performance.

The display space spans 4,500 square metres, showcasing products from renowned brands from India, Taiwan, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, the United States, and Vietnam. A wide array of products will be showcased across four key categories; stationery, office equipment and machinery, smart office solutions, and office accessories and decor.

Addressing the event, Nguyen Tuan Minh, president of VOMA, said, "We are constantly looking for international cooperation opportunities, encouraging businesses to increase research and development activities for smart, environmentally friendly, and widely applicable office solutions. We will organise training courses, seminars, and cooperation exchange activities to enhance the capacity of businesses and help members access the latest technologies."

Vietnamese brands at the event include HP Vietnam, Phu Son Group JSC, HDB Hanoi JSC, Hai Ha Stationery Production JSC, and KINGTEC Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Many Chinese-origin brands exhibit machinery and high-tech solutions, such as Bonsen Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Hanin Trading Vietnam Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Cloud Image Technology Co., Ltd., and Maosen Vietnam Stationery Co., Ltd.

Other prominent international names include Linc Limited (India); Oro Co., Ltd. (Japan); Morris, Magpia, Korea Rental Vina (South Korea); Frontier Imaging (USA); and Yidu Group (Taiwan).

As part of the event, a seminar focusing on digital transformation for entrepreneurship education, career guidance and occupations will be held.

VietOffice 2025 will feature many other activities such as tote bag decoration and gift giveaways at the check-in area, creating a lively atmosphere and encouraging greater visitor engagement, especially among younger audiences.
