Keppel and Samsung collaborate on smart technology solutions

The collaboration will, "explore the implementation and promotion of smart technologies in Vietnam’s real estate sector, leveraging the combined strengths of both Keppel and Samsung, to create innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for residents and tenants," according to a statement made by Keppel.

Keppel will partner Samsung in implementing new smart technologies in Keppel and its affiliates’ commercial and residential developments in Vietnam.

Samsung will bring its cutting-edge technology to the table, along with its technical expertise, extensive research, and development capabilities to support Keppel and its affiliates. This includes providing technical support, training, and workshops, as well as contributing manpower, equipment, and devices for feasibility studies and implementation.

According to Joseph Low, president, Real Estate (Vietnam) of Keppel, the company is pleased to partner with Samsung to bring smart technology solutions to its projects in Vietnam.

"This collaboration will bolster our real estate offerings which integrate people and AI-driven technology and processes to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and valuation of real estate assets. We look forward to working closely with Samsung to harness new technologies that will further strengthen our smart and sustainable real estate solutions for Vietnam," Low said.

President and CEO of Samsung Vina Electronics Lee Chung Lyong said that this collaboration with Keppel will enable the company to introduce advanced smart and innovative solutions in scale to Vietnam’s real estate sector.
