A highlight of the event will be a panel of experts from far and wide discussing new trends, developments, and revenue trajectories of domestic and international businesses in Vietnam. It will address challenges related to operational standards and global trade, and analyse topics such as net-zero, carbon credits, the digital economy, green production, human resources, and fair trade.

Matthew Smith, head of the Research Institute, Yuanta Vietnam said,"ESG compliance is now a major factor impacting the decisions of the world’s top firms, and is catching the attention of more and more state management organisations and the business community."

The panel of experts will also share their views on Vietnam's strategies for dual transformation and ESG implementation while dealing with the dual threats of the global economic crisis and climate change. They will also discuss how ESG compliance can create competitive advantages and a sustainable development path for businesses.

Nguyen Thi Quynh Nhu, CEO of WBS Solution and System Co. Ltd, said, "We have ambitions to make RIS.ER 24 a regular forum between policymakers, economic experts, and businesses to spread the spirit of sustainable practices."

"WBS’s aim is to create multilateral trade and connect sustainable economies. We are eager to work with the business community as it embarks on its green development journey and support the government to realise its net-zero targets," she added.

RIS.ER 24 is a series of ESG and sustainable development events, consisting of this inaugural conference, three workshops over July-September, and a concluding seminar scheduled for November.

The following primary topics will be covered at the seminar:
