Over 200 enterprises attend Vietnam AutoExpo 2024

Vietnam AutoExpo 2024 is an opportunity for enterprises to promote their products and seek business opportunities.

With support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the event is being jointly held by the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industries (VASI) in coordination with the Vietnam Society of Automotive Engineers (VSAE) and C.I.S Vietnam advertising and exhibition company.

Within the framework of the exhibition, a specialised workshop was held on June 14 where policymakers, businesses, and experts discussed developing the global automotive supply chain in the context of climate change adaptation. The workshop was jointly organised by the VASI, the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA), the Transport Development and Strategy Institute under the Ministry of Transport, and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Addressing the opening ceremony, Pham Tuan Anh, deputy director general of the Vietnam Industry Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said, “This is a credible and high-quality event providing opportunities for enterprises involved in manufacturing, assembling, and trading automobiles and motorcycles, as well as supporting industries and related fields, to access potential customers, promote their products, and contribute to the development of the industry. I welcome the participation of hundreds of enterprises along with a large number of visitors to the exhibition."

Vietnam AutoExpo 2024 features about 250 booths covering 5,000 square metres. In addition to domestic booths, the exhibition has attracted brands from China, such as Guangzhou Dasen Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Anhui Chenji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

These companies provide solutions in terms of materials, spare parts, and accessories for electric, agricultural, and industrial vehicles.

The expo is also showcasing small petrol motorcycle models, as well as booths showcasing spare parts and accessories for motorcycles and cars.

In the supporting industry segment, Vietnam Auto Expo 2024 features products serving the manufacturing, production, and assembly of automobiles and motorcycles.

During the exhibition, a B2B Trade Connection event was also organised to enhance trade promotions and sales, technology transfer, investment attraction, and consumption stimulation.

Vietnam AutoExpo 2024 is expected to attract 20,000 visitors over four days.

The event is an annual international trade exhibition. Over the past 16 years, Vietnam AutoExpo has been highly appreciated by the business community and state management agencies for its scale and quality.
