Muong Thanh New Year Festival reflects the beauty of the northwest region

Since ancient times, flowers have been associated with the people and nature of the Dien Bien region. The white Ban flower is a symbol of good things in life and of aspiration, resilience, as well as nobility, sincerity, and warm love among the northwestern people.
