The Board of Organisers representative of this year's programme said that the programme received nominations for over 7,600 products and services during the 10 months from January 2019 to November 2019. This year's awards collected 35,000 votes and 82,300 online reviews.
Jio Health's homevisit app has passed thousands of nominations during the 10-month survey to enter the Top 100 Products & Services Tin & Dung 2019. This is a recognition for the trust of customers and patients about a new service in the field of healthcare in Vietnam.
Jio Health is a pioneer in the field of digital healthcare in Vietnam and has been deploying the homevisit function through the application with the same name since 2017. Besides, on the Jio Health app, customers can purchase pharmaceuticals, cosmetic products, and other related products at the Jio Online Pharmacy or Free 24/7 Telemedicine with doctors.
“Many customers have started forming a habit of making appointments with doctor at home, instead of just going to the hospital. This contributes greatly to proactive healthcare habits among the people. We believe that in the coming time the number of patients booking via the homevisit service will increase because of the ample benefits on offer,” said Nguyen Hoai Nam, general director of Jio Health Vietnam.

In addition, according to Nam, in the future, Jio Health will continue to better its homevisit service and developing examination programmes and related products. “We will expand the service area for more customers to access this convenient service. At the same time, Jio Health also co-operates with partners to deploy a number of new healthcare programmes and packages suitable for Vietnamese consumers,” he added.
Jio Health's homevisit function helps patients to save travelling and waiting time, increase checking time, minimise the risk of cross-contamination in hospitals, and help reduce the load at crowded health units. It also promotes proactive healthcare habits and improve the image of Vietnamese healthcare.

Specifically, through the Jio Health application, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, customers can directly select the doctor, time, and location that best suit their needs.
As a medical unit operating in compliance with Vietnamese law, Jio Health focuses on the quality and standards of medical examination. Its team includes more than 100 doctors with working and teaching experience at leading medical universities and hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and across the country. Among them are doctors who have time to study and work abroad. Users can view the information on the application in a clear, concise, and transparent format. The cost of each visit or designated medical service is also displayed on the application or is informed by the Customer Service Department.
After each visit, medical notes, prescriptions, test results, and more will be updated to the patient's account, gathering data to create electronic medical records for subsequent visits and examinations. Thanks to the integrated electronic medical record of the application, both patients and physicians can easily monitor the progress or changes of the diseases and body. The data is confidential according to HIPPA guidelines (US).
Along with the homevisit service, Jio Online Pharmacy and Free 24/7 Doctors Advice have also received a lot of trust from customers. Jio Health also launched a year-round healthcare package called Jio Premium. With this package, patients will be able to book an appointment free of charge with a doctor specialising in almost any medical field that Jio Health operates in for one year and many other incentives, such as discounted purchases at Jio Online Pharmacy and test expenses.
Jio Premium 360 combined with inpatient insurance, a complete package of medical services providing comprehensive care from home to hospital by Jio Health and insurance partners, have also been introduced to the market since September 2019.
The Tin & Dung Programme is held annually to vote for products and services on the Vietnamese market that are popular and selected by consumers. The programme aims to collect consumers' opinions about the quality of products and after-sales services; consumers’ choices, and future plans for procurement and use of consumer goods and services through Vietnam Economic Times' publications.
