Jio Health awarded Top 100 Best Products and Services

This is the 6^th year the Top 100 Best Service and Products for Families and Children Programme is organised by the Labour and Social Newspaper in collaboration with the Family and Children Magazine and the Vietnam Family Newspaper under the direction of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Participants in the programme will be examined and appraised by a prestigious council.

Brands and products continue into the second round after the first selection round. All readers can participate in the public vote on the official website of the prize.

The representative of the Organising Board of the Top 100 Best Products and Services for Families and Children said that the programme will enable consumers to select the best products and services, and together with the thorough evaluation of the appraisal council, to select the 100 best products and services each year.

The homevisit doctor booking application Jio Health officially became one of the 100 honoured products and services this year after two rounds of evaluation and voting.

Jio Health is a pioneer in the digital healthcare industry in Vietnam which holds the trust of more than 15,000 households who use the application after its launch two years ago.

Jio Health Vietnam has three main functions: facilitating house calls by doctors (homevisit), online pharmacy, and remote counselling (telemedicine).

The products that the company offers help reduce the current hospital costs to a more reasonable level.

Jio Health app version 4.0 was launched and the company will introduce new medical packages in the near future

She added, “We have just introduced a version of the Jio Health application with a completely new design. We are improving our services with each update to our application to fit the needs of users. In the near future, Jio Health will deploy satellite health screening service packages that operate based on the core technology of the homevisit feature.”

Jio Health is available on both the Android and iOS platforms. Through the app, customers can choose the doctor who will come to their home at the scheduled time. Also through this application, patients can have drugs and medicine delivered to them through the online pharmacy of Jio Health.

In addition, there are free remote counselling services which help to connect patients with doctors from anywhere on devices with internet connection.

Medical technology helps reduce waiting times at hospitals and make costs more reasonable. Patients can look up information and treatment methods through the electronic medical record updated after each visit. The Jio Health application meets security standards in accordance with US HIPPA guidelines.
