Chairman of Hanoi Pepple's Committee Chu Ngoc Anh has just enacted a decision on the appointment of the new director for Hanoi Promotion Agency (HPA). Along with this, the deputy head of Hanoi Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs Nguyen Anh Duong was trusted with the post.

In the new position, the HPA's new director needs to bolster the efficiency of the city’s investment, trade, and tourism promotion activities.

The ceremony on the appointment announcement took place on October 27 afternoon. According to Hanoi People’s Committee Deputy Chairman Nguyen Manh Quynh, HPA’s new director has held diverse positions and made contributions to the city’s development cause, leveraging his capacity, enriched experience, and political soundness.

Quynh noted that in the upcoming time, in the new position, HPA's new director needs to bolster the efficiency of the city’s investment, trade, and tourism promotion activities, particularly accessing, reviewing, and fully preparing operation plans and programmes for 2021 and preparing efficient promotion plans for 2022 and successive years.
