AB InBev Vietnam achieved a higher ranking in the Vietnam's Best Places to Work awards in 2023

The company was proudly recognised as one of the “Top 20 in the Consumer Goods Industry” and among the “Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2023” for four consecutive years.

Furthermore, at the VNBPTW Summit, AB InBev Vietnam was acknowledged for the first time as a "Top 15 Representative with Happy Workforce for Medium-Size Enterprise" on November 23.

Vietnam's Best Places to Work is a workplace environment ranking organised annually by Anphabe, a leading advisor of employer brand attractiveness and workplace happiness, with the sponsorship of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The impartial and objective model and evaluation method are verified by Intage Vietnam, a market research firm.

To make the ranking, Anphabe and Intage Vietnam conducted surveys of 63,878 employees in 18 different job categories.

The survey aims for measuring the brand attractiveness of 752 companies and simultaneously updating the latest trends of talents, workforce and working environment in Vietnam.
