The 9 Stellars wins at Vietnam Property Awards 2022

The 9 Stellars has strong connectivity with major transport, education, and entertainment hubs in the region such as Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces' industrial parks, University Village, and Long Thanh International Airport in the future.
The project aims to develop into the largest commercial area in Thu Duc. The autonomous shuttle network in the area is one of the typical highlights that attract so much customer and investor attention.
The Vietnam Property Awards is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme, the most respected and sought-after real estate industry honours in the region.
Its programme boasts an independent panel of industry experts and trusted supervisors at HLB, one of the world’s award-winning auditing and accountancy networks. Nominees of competitive awards are evaluated based on strict general criteria set by the independent judging panel.
In June 2022, The 9 Stellars also won five prestigious awards and distinguished prizes at The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022. With the completion of all infrastructural constructions, the project is expected to be one of the major commercial and shopping centres of the region and a new check-in address for the younger generations in Ho Chi Minh City.
