Renaissance Hotels are set to launch the 9th Global Day of Discovery on May 18. 170 Renaissance-branded hotels worldwide will come together to enhance guest experiences by showcasing each location.

170 Renaissance-branded hotels worldwide will come together to enhance guest experiences by showcasing the uniqueness of each location during the group's 9^th anniversary of Global Day of Discovery on May 18

The annual event aims to go beyond traditional tourism conventions, providing unexpected discoveries to create a memorable stay for guests.

In Ho Chi Minh City, on the open-top buses branded Global Day of Discovery, tourists will embark on a journey to explore the city's distinct offerings from seminars on Vietnamese coffee, to Vietnamese lunches, a water puppet show and a painting session with local artist Nguyen Tan Luc at the Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon.

In the evening, guests can experience the "Saigon Paradox Rooftop Party" where the hotel will organise sand painting, traditional instrument performances, and drum performances.

In conjunction with the Global Day of Discovery events at Renaissance hotels, Marriott Bonvoy, the loyalty scheme of Marriott International, has launched the "2K per day" promotion to encourage tourists’ stays during the summer. It rewards guests with 2,000 bonus points per day for bookings made until June 30, 2023, with stays valid until July 19, 2023.

By participating in this promotion, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn 4,000 bonus points for a two-night stay, enabling them to unlock various added benefits such as complimentary hotel stays and dining experiences globally, including exclusive access to "Marriott Bonvoy Moments," which offer unique cultural encounters, cuisine, and lifestyle.
