Tran Quoc Bao, director of CCOL, shared the advantages of the online notarisation platform at the Vietnam Digital Technologies Forum |
The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) on April 23 introduced the online notarisation platform CCOL at Vietnam Digital Technologies Forum to facilitate daily notarisation activities.
CCOL is the first online notarisation platform capable of connecting customers with notarisation service providers nationwide to conduct administrative work entirely online. It also enables notarisation service providers to manage their activities as an independent business.
With CCOL, people and businesses can customise their notary, saving travelling time and cost. It also helps state management agencies in monitoring and supervising in real time.
At present, CCOL is focusing on the development of strategic partners in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with over 2,000 users nationwide.
The Vietnam Digital Technologies Forum is the continuation of the activities to introduce “Make in Vietnam” digital products and platforms launched in 2020 to implement the prime minister's recently-approved National Digital Transformation Programme by 2025 with a vision to 2030.
