The launch of school management platform MISA QLTH

This is part of a chain of events to introduce the “Make in Vietnam” digital products and platforms in line with the implementation of the recently-approved National Digital Transformation Programme by 2025, with a vision towards 2030.

Studied and developed based on the technologies of Industry 4.0 such as blockchain, AI, cloud, and big data, MISA QLTH is only an important supporter of education managers and schools but also contributes to building a national database for the whole sector to promote digital transformation in the sector and develop a smart education system.

MISA QLTH is one of the "Make in Vietnam" digital platforms selected by the MIC in the National Digital Transformation Programme.

Education is defined as one of the eight priority fields for digital transformation with four key targets, including online teaching and learning; technology application in inspection and verification; development of digital learning; and development of a national database for the sector.

To meet the sector’s demands in digital transformation, MISA QLTH has applied the latest digital technologies to integrate all education management professions into a platform. This platform has been developed since 2013 and is being used in over 18,000 schools, 248 education and training units, and 48 education and training departments.

MISA QLTH focuses on four key areas: education management, school management, school-parent portal, and education data analysis.

The integration of all professions in the platform of MISA QLTH enables ministries, agencies, and schools to easily collect and check all reports in real-time while increasing the transparency and efficiency of management. This platform is also connected with the sector’s national database.

Looking to develop an open platform, MISA QLTH is ready to connect with the third partners, including e-payment portal, e-invoice, e-signature, accounting software, e-teaching and learning tools, among others.

Currently, MISA QLTH is connected to many big banks and payment intermediaries like Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV, MSB, VNPAY, and ViettelPay to enable parents to make e-payments of school fees.
