Green Park Vinh Phuc aims for smart and sustainable development

Green Park Vinh Phuc with nearly 300 hectares has a strategic location just about 40 minutes from Hanoi’s centre and 15 minutes from Noi Bai International Airport (18km).

Additionally, the park is close to major roads such as the Hanoi-Haiphong expressway and national highways. It is therefore conveniently and flexibly connected with neighbouring industrial parks such as SEV Sam Sung Bac Ninh, SEVT Sam Sung Thai Nguyen, and Hyundai Ninh Binh.

At Green Park, 200 hectares are allocated for the construction of factories and warehouses. The space is divided into land plots that range from small to large to meet the diverse needs of private investors and customers.

In addition, at Green Park Vinh Phuc, the system of solar panels installed on all the factory roofs or on the vacant land will provide an abundant and clean energy source for production.

Excess electricity will be distributed and exchanged with the national power grid to bolster capacity and operate efficiently. The water supply and drainage system, in addition to high-tech wastewater treatment surrounding the IP, will help Green Park Vinh Phuc to save clean water while ensuring production and consumption demands are met.
