The Hanoi Children’s Hospital, the first specialised paediatric general hospital in the capital city, was inaugurated on October 9, providing an in-depth and prestigious medical treatment facility for children.

The hospital boasts an array of modern specialised machinery and equipment to help improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment such as imaging and for exploration, surgery, intensive resuscitation, and testing. This includes a digital portable X-ray machine, a computerised tomography system, automatic blood coagulation meters and biochemical analysers, and an ultrasound machine, among others.

GELEX Group has been the proud sponsor and donated all of the above modern, synchronised medical equipment, with a total value of $5.4 million.

Earlier this year, GELEX sponsored Bach Mai Hospital to renovate its A9 Emergency Centre and Stroke Centre - the medical units that are often overloaded and treat many serious cases.

These Bach Mai Hospital centres can now accommodate more fully equipped and comfortable patient rooms since the renovation, ensuring a private and quiet space for each patient while helping them and their families feel secure during treatment and recovery.

In addition, the improved working environment has increased the morale of medical staff, better enabling them to exhibit their expertise and enthusiasm for their work.
