Fi Vietnam 2018: food ingredients for regional F&B players

Food ingredients (Fi) Vietnam, an annual event dedicated solely to food ingredients in the food and beverage industry in the emerging Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam (CLMV) countries, will be held again on May 16-18, 2018 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC).

Fi Vietnam is the meeting place for the ASEAN-CLMV region’s leading food and beverage suppliers, R&D, production, and marketing specialists and showcases the most diverse range of new and innovative ingredients and services.

At the event, more than 170 ingredient suppliers in the region and the world will display their food and beverage products with good prices and high-quality. These products include amino acids, aromas, bakery, cereal, and coffee products, colourants, dairy products, egg products, emulsifiers, enzymes, essential oils, flavouring, food additives, functional and health foods, preservatives, soy products, sweeteners, and vitamins.

Fi Vietnam is expected to lure in over 5,000 food industry professionals and stakeholders from the ASEAN-CLMV region, who are specialised in ingredient materials and food production. The event promises to benefit food enterprises seeking to join the new revolution sweeping through the food industry.

In addition, the new brand—Beverage Ingredients Theatre (Bi)—will showcase its products as well as provide samples of a diverse line-up of beverages, aiming to approach new markets.
