As announced by renowned US travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler in its 32nd annual Readers’ Choice Awards, more than half a million Condé Nast Traveler readers sent a record number of votes, in which their responses helped “seek out the best hotels and destinations, the most wonderful cities, the islands worth shouting about".
The Readers’ Choice Awards by Condé Nast Traveler is one of the most prestigious awards in the travel and tourism industry, often known as "better than the best".
Commanding an unrivalled beach frontage with views of the shimmering East Sea, Angsana Lang Co scored 99.5 points and is just after InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort (99.83) to take the second rank among the 20 best resorts in Asia, while Banyan Tree Lang Co – built on a unique crescent bay offering privacy and unparalleled exclusivity, a paradise on earth with artistic pool villas – occupies the 14th place.
“It is our honour to be voted as two of the best resorts in Asia by the knowledgeable readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine. In this pristine Lang Co area, we have created an independent resort complex that offers visitor experiences like nowhere else in Vietnam,” said Brett Burton, area general manager of Banyan Tree and Angsana Lang Co.
“I would like to express my sincere thanks to my dedicated staff who create unique experiences and wholeheartedly serve tourists every day, contributing to bringing noble prizes to both resorts with their passion and enthusiasm,” he added.
Born in 2014, Banyan Tree and Angsana Lang Co resorts are located in the Laguna Lang Co complex – a leading world-class holiday and premium second-home destination development in Central Vietnam by Banyan Tree Group. The 280-hectare community lies near Lang Co Bay, framed by a 3-kilometre beach in the Chan May region overlooking the East Sea, an area renowned for its pristine coastline, natural scenery, and proximity to UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
