BAC A BANK launches new app programme

In order to spur on non-cash payment and optimise e-bank transactions, BAC A BANK is deploying a preferential programme on installing its app for enterprise customers.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a heavy toll on socioeconomic development in the world and in Vietnam.

However, seen from a positive angle, the pandemic has been giving opportunities for banks to increase digital transformation in the context of growing demands for smart financial solutions with no use of cash, and the public habit shifting from offline to online transactions.

Currently in the market, many banks are prioritising upgrading and perfecting technology in service of e-payment infrastructure and applying attractive policies to help customers improve their experience and maximise their benefits.

Rolling with this trend, BAC A BANK has been offering a preferential programme on installing its app for enterprise customers, running from June 1 to December 31.

The beneficiaries of the programme are divided into three groups.

The first group includes the first 500 new businesses, opening customer information files (CIFs) after the programme start.

The second group includes BAC A BANK's existing business customers who have yet to register Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.

Meanwhile, the third group embraces individual customers who are directors or chief accountants of the enterprises listed in the first and second groups.

Accordingly, BAC A BANK will allow customers to use the money transfer service via e-bank free-of-charge for two years for the first group of customers and one year for the second and third groups.

In addition, to offer more diversified experiences to customers, BAC A BANK also provides a free-of-charge service for opening nice account numbers for the customers of the first and third groups. These accounts are believed to bring good luck to customers.

In the time to come, BAC A BANK will continue carrying out promotion programmes for faithful customers over the past years.
