The Grand Ho Tram seeks responsible entertainment with pilot casino access

The Grand Ho Tram was among the approved operators welcoming Vietnamese guests to participate in prize-based gaming from January 5, operating under a cautious approach and in strict compliance with the prevailing legal framework.

Following the enactment of Resolution No.307/2025/NQ-CP, the pilot allowing Vietnamese citizens to participate in such gaming at designated venues has begun implementation.

As part of the pilot, The Grand Ho Tram operates under the supervision of relevant state authorities and has put in place a comprehensive set of safeguards to ensure participation is transparent, secure, and aligned with the principles of responsible entertainment. Entry and access control procedures are implemented in full accordance with government regulations, complemented by internal policies designed to uphold social safety and public order.

Under the regulations, all Vietnamese participants are required to undergo a rigorous eligibility verification process. This includes age and identity checks, review of financial records such as bank statements to meet income requirements, as well as verification of residency and legal status.

In addition, participation activities are monitored through systems connected with financial institutions to prevent illicit transactions and ensure full transparency. Refusal mechanisms are also applied to individuals who do not meet the prescribed criteria or who are identified as high-risk in accordance with government regulations.
