Attending the inauguration were senior representatives from Siemens in the region and Vietnam as well as partners and customers in the industry.
Siemens SITRAIN has been operational since the 1960s in over 60 countries and has now arrived to Vietnam.
The centre will conduct various activities to promote the concept of digital enterprises, to disseminate knowledge related to automation and digitalisation, Industry 4.0, and at the same time transfer know-how and provide technical training for customers, partners, and individuals in need.
Beside standard courses, the centre also designs training courses according to the specific requirements of customers. |
There will be training courses from basic to advanced levels for a wide range of professional audiences, from programmers to design engineers to operation and maintenance personnel and technical school students,

“Providing strong support for the education and training of the global youth, as well as to build capacity for the host countries and our customers and partners is always our top priority,” said president and CEO of Siemens Vietnam, Pham Thai Lai.
“The establishment of the Training Centre today has once again affirmed our long-term commitment to Vietnam. We are committed to supporting Vietnam on the path to become an industrialised nation and to helping Vietnam grasp the opportunities brought by Industry 4.0.”
