Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers celebrated its 20th year of exemplary service and renowned reputation on May 7, marking two decades of the finest hospitality in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Opening its doors on May 7 on the famous Dong Khoi street, Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has been continually rated as one of the top 5-star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, setting benchmarks for world-class upper premium hotel accommodation in Vietnam for both business and leisure travellers.

On the May 7, Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers hosted a landmark 20^th anniversary celebration

For over two decades, Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has been a gathering place for global travellers seeking an elevated experience, attracting both guests from far away and locals who live just around the corner. It will continue moving forwards in that direction in the years to come.

General manager Julian Wong said, "Twenty years is a remarkable journey. We could not venture this far without our team of amazing associates. I am genuinely so proud of each one, having put us at the forefront of the hospitality landscape in Ho Chi Minh City. Impressively, we have thirty-eight associates who have been with us since day one and are still going strong with us."

Throughout the twenty years, the 23-story landmark has been through several cycles of renovations. They span from 2008 with the launch of the Grand Tower wing, to the biggest acquisition in the hotel industry between Marriott and Starwood adding the Sheraton brand to Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio, and the multi-million-dollar renovation of the Main Tower guest rooms in 2019 to launch a brand-new stylish design.

Now, with 485 guest rooms and more than 2,200 square metres of meeting space, the hotel prides itself as a distinguished gathering place for all its guests and events.

The twenty years of pursuing excellence have earned Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers several accolades, including, most recently, the 2022 Best City Hotel in Vietnam by Travel & Leisure magazine.
