The plant will be located in Du Long Industrial Park (IP) in Thuan Bac district, and to be powered by new environmentally friendly fabric production technology. The $5.8 million Ninh Thuan Faux Fur Fabric Manufacturing Plant is set to address bottlenecks in the weaving and dyeing fields, helping strengthen Ninh Thuan’s and Vietnam’s position in the global market.
In its first phase, the plant aims to provide nearly 200 jobs, contributing to income growth and skills development.

The project is expected to finalise legal procedures shortly, paving the way for construction to begin from November.
Construction and equipment installation are set for completion by February 2025, allowing operation to start from May 2025.
The new project in Ninh Thuan aims to bolster the country’s textile industry by leveraging advanced production technology from Daewon, a company affiliated with renowned Korean faux fur fabric manufacturer Donglim Co., Ltd that boasts more than 35 years experience.

Meanwhile, strategic partners MN Inter-Fashion Ltd (Japan) and Paraivi Enterprises V1 LLC (the US) shall bring a competitive edge with their significant influence in the wholesale fabric markets in the US and Europe.
This partnership will facilitate easier entry and distribution in key international markets.
In the past two years, Du Long IP has enticed nearly $107 million in total investment, including $48 million in foreign direct investment (FDI), leading the province in foreign investment attraction.
Du Long IP and Thanh Hai IP are currently two leading IPs in Ninh Thuan in terms of investment attraction in 2024.
Thanh Hai IP, based in Phan Rang-Thap Cham city, was established in 2015. The IP has since attracted $109.2 billion with over 20 projects.

According to Ninh Thuan People’s Committee, these two IPs have invested in centralised wastewater treatment facilities and automated wastewater monitoring systems.
Specifically, Thanh Hai IP and Du Long IP have invested in a centralised wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 1,400 cubic metres per day-night and 3,000 cubic metres per day-night, respectively.
