Nestlé Breakfast Cereal has teamed up with Warner Bros to unveil a DC Comics programme that combines images of superhero characters to bring joy to children.
The programme will run to the end of July 2023. It features many activities, including the nationwide launch of breakfast cereal products using images of superhero characters such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Flash on the packaging.
Fun activities are also organised at some big supermarkets, such as Lotte, E-Mart, and Aeon in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. As a result, children can have fun experiences with superhero characters. In particular, the brand uses AR technology to combine virtual images of superheroes with children by scanning QR codes on product packaging to create a new and interesting experience for children.
In addition, when purchasing Nestlé Breakfast Cereal products, consumers will receive gifts, 2D movie tickets produced by Warner Bros and DC Entertainment, or servings of corn and water at the CGV or LOTTE Cinema system.
Binu Jacob, general director of Vietnam said, "The Nestlé Breakfast Cereal brand cooperates with Warner Bros to bring children many interesting experiences with superhero characters. The tie-up also aims to encourage children to develop healthy and active lifestyles and foster a spirit of dedication and contribution to the community."
The DC Comics programme is one of Nestlé's long-standing efforts to bring fun summer activities to children while helping to fulfill Nestlé's commitment to enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future for the Vietnamese people.
Nestlé Wholegrain Breakfast Cereal is a nutritious product that provides energy for children and their families. Each 30-gram recommended serving provides consumers with about 9 grams to 11 grams of whole grains, meeting nearly 20 per cent of their daily whole grain needs.
