At the meeting, Teguh Prajitno, director of the vaccine factories in Indonesia and Vietnam, thanked the leaders of the ministry and Department of Animal Health for creating favourable conditions for the construction of the veterinary vaccine production plant in Vietnam. With modern equipment and technology, the factory is expected to produce a variety of vital vaccines for disease prevention.

"With Japfa’s system of swine and poultry farms across the country, the Vaksindo factory plays an important role in researching and producing suitable vaccines, ensuring the safety of livestock farms, enhancing food safety, and contributing to the development of Vietnam's agricultural economy," emphasised Teguh.

Observing the process, Tien highly appreciated Vaksindo Vietnam's efforts to complete the project. According to him, using vaccines on livestock is one of the most effective disease prevention measures, and hence the vaccine factory investment is in accordance with both Party and state policies.

"Therefore, the ministry will direct the Department of Animal Health to support during the project's construction and production activities," said Tien. "This investment by Japfa Group represents the long-term vision to build disease-free areas and advance the goal of exporting more livestock products."
