GenXPlain enables users to ask Generali anything related to insurance, such as product and service, terms and conditions, health issues, and claim process.
Like all other features on GenVita, GenXPlain is provided completely free of charge to Generali customers and any GenVita users. One year after its official launch, GenVita has attracted more than five million users with tens of thousands of daily visits and interactions.
After logging into GenVita via the application on mobile devices or web browsers, users can easily access GenXPlain to ask a question or interact with Generali insurance experts, or exchange information with other community members.

GenXPlain, featuring plain, simple language, and an effective online interaction approach, offers added values to Generali’s existing customers, as well as useful information and knowledge to the community,” Nguyen noted.
