Generali Vietnam launches unique customer loyalty programme VITA-Rewards

Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC has launched a new customer loyalty programme named VITA-Rewards which enables customers to earn points on special occasions when they make premium payments or activate Generali’s digital applications.

Points are also rewarded when customers participate in health and wellness activities. The points can be accumulated and redeemed for gifts on Generali Vietnam’s digital health ecosystem GenVita.

VITA-Rewards, which stands for “gifts of life”, was uniquely designed by Generali Vietnam to enable customers to easily accumulate, monitor, and redeem their reward points for a variety of attractive gifts on GenVita.

Customers are rewarded with points upon premium payment or on special occasions such as their birthday or New Year.

In addition, customers can earn unlimited reward points when participating in exciting activities and challenges on GenVita, which are aimed to improve the health and wellness of customers and the community.

Under VITA-Rewards programme, Generali Vietnam has also expanded its VIP customer segment by three folds, compared to the previous programme and reward customers upon upgrading their membership tiers. Customers are rewarded when successfully activating GenCare accounts, a smart policy management function on GenVita.

Apart from enabling users to research, buy, and manage insurance policies online, GenVita provides useful and reliable information on health and finance topics and encourages its users to look after their health.

Specifically, users can use the GenGo function on GenVita to track their daily footsteps, form teams to compete and exercise to improve their health. Another unique feature of GenVita is Alo Dr. Gen, which allows users to get free health consultations via telephone with Generali’s medical doctors seven days a week.
