Customers are rewarded with points upon premium payment or on special occasions such as their birthday or New Year.
In addition, customers can earn unlimited reward points when participating in exciting activities and challenges on GenVita, which are aimed to improve the health and wellness of customers and the community.
Under VITA-Rewards programme, Generali Vietnam has also expanded its VIP customer segment by three folds, compared to the previous programme and reward customers upon upgrading their membership tiers.
