Amata strengthens ties with Hong Kong and Japan

Thai-backed Amata Vietnam participated in the 9th Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong this month, and co-organised investment promotion conferences in Osaka city and Aichi prefecture, Japan.

The company, one of Vietnam's leading real estate developers, is looking to promote cooperation with international businesses.

During Q3 of this year, Amata launched diverse investment promotions to share experiences and boost cooperation.

From September 11-12, the 9th Belt and Road Summit themed “Building a Connected, Innovative and Green Belt and Road” took place with the participation of nearly 6,000 delegates representing governments, corporations, and leading enterprises from 70 countries and economies.

During the event, Amata held an exhibition to introduce projects in Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam.

Amata City Ha Long, in tandem with Japanese industrial conglomerate Maruberi Corporation, organised the two investment promotion conferences in Osaka city and Aichi prefecture.

Attending the conference in Osaka were Vietnam's consulate general Le Trinh Ha, and more than 200 delegates from business associations, consulting agencies, and construction and financial enterprises.

The event saw Amata presenting the development potential of it Vietnam projects and connecting with enterprises in Japan. Amata was invited by Vietnam's consulate general for cooperation to push upcoming trade promotions.

After 30 years of building and developing industrial real estate in Vietnam, Amata has developed four industrial parks.

Boasting 3,000 hectares of land with a total investment surpassing $6 billion, Amata has created more than 60,000 jobs and made significant contributions to the local economy.

Among these projects, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park, known as Amata City Long Thanh, and Song Khoai Industrial Park (Amata City Halong), are the key industrial parks in Dong Nai and Quang Ninh.

While Amata City Long Thanh boasts a strategic location as a gateway for international trade, Amata City Halong attracts international customers with attractive tax incentives.
