AkzoNobel, a leading company in the paint and coatings industry, has been awarded a certification for one of its paint products.
Interpon powder coating is one of AkzoNobel's key product lines, designed for high coverage, safeguarding buildings, residential projects, and global landmarks. The product was developed to facilitate surplus paint reuse, thereby reducing both costs and carbon emissions to the environment.
Exceeding rigorous criteria, adhering to strict evaluation and testing procedures lasting up to 4,000 hours (equivalent to nearly six months), Eurowindow is among the few businesses in Vietnam certified for utilising the Interpon D3020 electrostatic powder paint line, with a warranty period up to 30 years.
As a paint and coatings company that emphasises minimising negative environmental impacts during product development, AkzoNobel focuses on collaborating with partners who share the same sustainability criteria and commitments.
AkzoNobel highly values the cooperation with Eurowindow, contributing not only to the modernisation of numerous projects in Vietnam, but as two companies share common goals, core values, and constant research for the advancement of sustainable architecture for the community.
"AkzoNobel greatly appreciates the partnership with Eurowindow - a pioneering enterprise in implementing green architectural and energy-saving initiatives. Interpon offers an attractive solution for sustainability-conscious customers like Eurowindow, offering reusability, optimal cost savings, and reduced carbon emissions into the environment. Furthermore, AkzoNobel consistently enhances services, technical aspects, and product quality to ensure sustainable benefits for partners globally," said Şirvan Canıtez, commercial director of Powder Coatings Business in South Asia-Pacific.
Nguyen Canh Hong, CEO of Eurowindow said, “With more than 20 years of experience designing and executing specific projects, Eurowindow consistently requires high standards in accompanying partners. Eurowindow appreciates the cooperation with AkzoNobel in developing superior and sustainable products."

In the spirit of cooperation and advancement, AkzoNobel's local and regional technical team will continuously accompany Eurowindow in advising on appropriate paint selections that generate high-quality products, meeting the market's demands while avoiding resource waste and unnecessary expenses.
“AkzoNobel, in its continuous improvement and ongoing invention of products with new technologies, prioritises lower energy consumption.
