In cooperation with more than 200 leading resort brands in Vietnam, in the first quarter of 2021, the strategic partnership signing ceremony is the first step in the plan to complete the signing and implementation of exchange services in more than 300 destinations in Vietnam and 4,500 international destinations in 2021.
Representatives from world-famous tourism groups such as Mikazuki Hotel Group (Japan) and Dusit International (Thailand), among others, have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the provision of specialised resort services for VPASS members and joint communication cooperation between the parties.
Nguyen Van Duc, director of Sales and Marketing at Danang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa, said that digital technology is the trend of the future. The reason he chose VPASS was because he appreciated their enthusiasm and passion for daring to develop a digital platform for tourism even amidst the pandemic. On the other hand, VPASS offers good conditions with firm commitment to a large and reputable hotel brands that have just entered Vietnam like Mikazuki.
VPASS members will receive special benefits such as exchanging vacations with other vacation owners on the VPASS system, registering for custom premium vacations with over 50 per cent discounts, receiving annual airline service benefits, exchanging advanced resort services and high-end living facilities such as: Airplane, Golf game, Yacht experience, Airport lounge service, 5-star Food Experience, and Other premium healthcare services.
In addition to the convenience and diversity of technology-based 4.0 exchanges for the first time in Vietnam, the premium personal assistant service will be applied to VPASS members to provide a completely different experience for every journey. VPASS also said that resorts selected in the strategic partnership network are required to have the best service quality standards, ensuring a high-end experience for every customer.
According to Le Luyen, director of sales and marketing of Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort Phu Quoc, with VPASS' products, customers are not interested in the cheapest prices but in the utilities and services attached.
“I think that VPASS' customer line targets mainly high-end tourists in Vietnam. This is also our target market at the moment because even though we have only been operating in Vietnam for two years, Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort Phu Quoc's guests are mainly foreigners. While COVID-19 is still complicated and the foreign tourist markets cannot recover, we have to change our direction to focus on domestic arrivals,” Luyen said.
