Vietnam’s integrated resort landscape taken to the next level

Hoiana will feature a wide range of high-end accommodation, from their signature Hoiana Hotel & Suites to luxurious freestanding villas by Rosewood Hoi An, opening in 2022, as well as sumptuous other hotel offerings from KHOS Hoiana and New World Hoiana Hotel Vietnam.

The companies behind Hoiana know the market well, as they represent three of the most respected names in the fields of property development, entertainment, and investment management in Asia. VinaCapital, Suncity Group, and VMS have successfully managed and operated many of the region’s resorts and leisure facilities.

Situated just a short drive from Danang International Airport and the World Heritage Site of Hoi An, Hoiana is poised to change the landscape of integrated resorts in Vietnam, much the way Marina Bay Sands did for Singapore when it opened its doors in 2010.

Similar to the iconic Marina Bay Sands, Hoiana will enhance the surrounding area of Quang Nam province, attracting a new class of tourists and creating a wealth of local jobs. In its initial phase, Hoiana plans to hire over 4,000 employees to be stationed over three hotels, the entertainment complex, the 18-hole Hoiana Shores Golf Club, and lots of international and Vietnamese restaurants, bars and lounges.

Hoiana will celebrate its grand opening in early 2021, but the property has been welcoming visitors since June as part of the exclusive preview programme introducing Hoiana Hotel & Suites and the casino at Hoiana Suncity. Guests can enjoy a wider selection of accommodation with the launch of New World Hoiana Hotel Vietnam and KHOS Hoiana, as well as a beach club offering great music, entertainment, and a variety of food and beverage outlets.
