Up to now, VILOG 2025 has welcomed the participation and cooperation of many global logistics promotion organisations and associations such as World Cargo Alliance, World International Freight Forwarder Alliance, China International Freight Forwarders Association, Cambodia Logistics Association, Taiwan Cold Chain Association, Guangzhou Logistics Profession Association, Tianjin International Freight Forwarders Association, Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development, and Hanoi Logistics Association.

Representative brands include Long An International Port, My Thuy Port, Nippon Express, Transimex, Worldwide Links, U&I, Transit, Bee Logistics, MMC World, Interlog, DTK, Neptune Logistics, Dolphin Logistics, Tradelinks, WR1, as well as many major brands in machinery, equipment, spare parts, and warehouse management technology such as Vinatech, Makitech Vietnam, Tin Quang Forklifts, Tan Phuong Phat, and Viet Mechanical.

VILOG 2025 will showcase groundbreaking advancements in automation, AI, IoT-driven supply chains, and eco-friendly transport solutions. The event will also facilitate dialogue on policy frameworks and best practices to accelerate the green transition.

The highlight of this exhibition is the VILOG TALK zone - a forum exclusively for exhibitors to introduce their services and technologies. It is combined with the 1:1 business matching programme and the buyer programme, maintained throughout the entire exhibition to attract industry enterprises, cargo owners, and visitors, facilitating business expansion and enabling them to choose the most optimal logistics solutions.

VILOG 2025 will be held concurrently with the esteemed 23rd International Medical, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Exhibition (Vietnam Medipharm Expo) in Ho Chi Minh City. This combination offers a unique opportunity for businesses participating in both events to explore each other, seek potential partners, and optimise supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical and medical equipment sectors.

The Vietnam International Cold Chain Exhibition and the Vietnam International Smart Warehouse Exhibition will continue to be two prominent specialised exhibitions accompanying VILOG this year.

The Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition 2025, under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, with strong support from the Agency of Foreign Trade, is co-organised by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association and VINEXAD. The exhibition is expected to welcome 20,000 visitors over its three-day duration from July 31 to August 2.

As Vietnam cements its position as a logistics hub in Southeast Asia, Vietnamese businesses have to adapt with increasingly stringent international regulations which require logistics companies to elevate their standards and reduce the carbon footprint in logistics operations to move towards a sustainable supply chain.

The integration of technology and collaboration is regarded as two essential factors for achieving sustainable growth, as digital innovations enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and foster stronger partnerships across the supply chain. By leveraging smart logistics solutions, automation, and data-driven decision-making, businesses can optimise resources, lower carbon emissions, and build a more resilient and eco-friendly logistics network.

Tran Thanh Hai, deputy director general of the Agency of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade said, “The Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition marks an important milestone, serving as a gathering place for logistics enterprises to come together and shape a path towards a more sustainable future. By emphasising the importance of green logistics as the foundation for sustainable development, we aim to inspire meaningful discussions, foster valuable connections, and accelerate the implementation of environmentally responsible changes.”

Vietnam’s logistics landscape has scope for growth Vietnam’s logistics landscape has scope for growth

Vietnam’s logistics infrastructure remains a major barrier to seamless trade. Despite ongoing investments, limited road networks, outdated ports, and underutilised rail and inland waterways continue to hinder the efficient movement of goods. This results in congestion, delays, and elevated logistics costs, reducing Vietnam’s competitiveness in the global supply chain.
