The fund aims to support soldiers and inhabitants in Truong Sa island, maintain and repair the base and islands in the southwest of the country; build a multi-purpose cultural house on Thuyen Chai B island; arrange visits and gifts to training units for newly enlisted soldiers in 2022; organise the Bien Cuong Friendship Programme; and carry out a project on freshwater supply in border areas, among others.
Responding to this appeal, The Marq – a luxury apartment project in the heart of District 1 developed by Hongkong Land and NDC An Khang – has donated VND100 million ($4,350) to the Vietnam Fatherland Front of District 1 as a way to show their affection and responsibility towards the sea and islands of the homeland.
The Marq will provide 515 opulent residences comprising one to four-bedroom condominiums offering stunning city views and a luxury lifestyle for prospective owners.
The architectural style of The Marq is unique with double-glazed glass for the entire facade and balcony that does not overshadow the peaceful look of a true oasis in the heart of the city. The complex also offers premium amenities such as The Sky Club on the rooftop, a 30-metre swimming pool, and the outdoor banquet Sky Bar and Sky Dining, among others.
Meanwhile, its modern interior design with private elevators, luxurious marble, and 6.9m high ceilings in some selected four-bedroom apartments create a stunning atmosphere for The Marq.
Thanks to these advantages, at the International Property Awards, The Marq has overcome strong domestic and regional competitors to conquer the jury in all three prestigious 5-star categories – Residential High-Rise, Residential High-Rise Architecture, and Residential Apartment/Condominium.
The project has now been completed and was handed over earlier than expected to the first residents in December.
