Everyone knows the myriad of economic issues we currently face today, and it is the job of Vietnam Investment Review to help others understand or even offer answers to such issues. Overcoming them requires a bond from the government and agencies to businesses and localities.
For our part, VIR must continue to provide the most suitable platform, understand and relay accurate information, listen to the readership, and work closely with enterprises and investors – and that is exactly what we intend to do for many years to come.
For 32 years already, VIR has attempted to distinguish itself from other offerings in the country by possessing a stronger focus on the most crucial economic issues of the day. Alongside that, our publications strive to provide a platform for businesses and organisations of all shapes and sizes to put across their views in the hope of developing the nation in the right direction.
Much has changed in those years, but VIR still aims to interpret government policies accurately, report on topical news through up-to-date articles, and offer the business community a solid resource. In that latter aspect, VIR has always looked to be a vital source of information for both businesspeople and investors - whether that be in print or online, in Vietnamese or English.
These days, we can also add to that through our organising of live talk shows, seminars, and conferences throughout the year, giving businesses and investors another avenue to interact, connect, learn, and share.
Such efforts over the years have only been possible thanks to all levels of management and staff at VIR and, of course, the support we gain from every reader and contributor.
Brighter prospects are always within reach, and by working together, we can achieve that in a quicker fashion. To mark our 32nd birthday, everyone at Vietnam Investment Review would like to thank our readers and partners for their continued support.
Yours,
The VIR Editorial Board
