Binh Thuan is always among the most famous tourist destinations in the southern provinces. Possessing ideal natural conditions with about 300 sunny days a year and more than 190km of beautiful coastline, this resort capital increasingly attracts domestic and foreign tourists thanks to a series of high-class tourism products and services.
Positive signals for the tourism industry
According to Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, in just four public holidays from April 30 to May 3, the province welcomed more than 80,000 visitors. The average room occupancy rate was recorded at an impressive 80-95 per cent.
At the same time, the Binh Thuan tourism industry is setting a target that by 2025, it will welcome nine million visitors, of which about 1.5 million will be international. The total revenue from tourists should reach about $1 billion.
Recently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism approved Binh Thuan province authorities to host the 2023 National Tourism Year with the theme of Binh Thuan - Green Convergence, showing the strong recovery of the area's tourism.

Key transport infrastructure projects have created motivation for Binh Thuan’s tourism to speed up. Many factors are leading to sustainable growth for Phan Thiet and Binh Thuan, making the tourism industry truly become a valuable gold mine similar to the bright stories of other destinations such as Phu Quoc and Nha Trang.

The development of arterial highways has always been the key factor in the rise of local real estate values. Only 60 minutes by car from the international airport, Phan Thiet will have the opportunity to welcome tens of millions of international and domestic tourists each year, with the airport being the best guarantee for the stable development and an increase in the value of the resort real estate market.
Welcoming the wave of infrastructure, settlers, and investors are flocking to Phan Thiet and Binh Thuan. Large-scale projects with well-planned construction and reputable investors are magnets to attract investors.

“When the expressway is put into operation, the travel time will reduce to less than two hours from Ho Chi Minh City. This is convenient for our family to relax every weekend," Tam said.
