LNT & Partners on May 25 won the ALB Vietnam Law Award at the Asian Legal Business Southeast Asia Law Awards event in Singapore.

LNT & Partners Quyen Hoang received the Vietnam Law Firm of the Year 2022 Award from ALB Thomson Reuters.

Some of LNT & Partners’ 2021 deals were shortlisted as finalists for the ALB awards, namely the license of the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, which helped bring the first COVID-19 vaccines to the country; and the consulting deal for the Nhon Trach 3-4 power plants; and settling investment disputes for key infrastructure projects and several M&A deals.

This is the third time the law firm has won this award, following the first in 2014 and the second in 2019.

LNT & Partners is a business law firm in Vietnam primarily advising cross-border M&A transactions, financing transactions, dispute matters, project development matters, and regulatory matters in several business sectors.
