Based on the previous success of phases 1 and 2, phase 3 will still include single-storey terraced factory units with the addition of a new double-storey factory block with cargo lift access. This new element in design offers more choices to satisfy tenants' various production setup requirements and improves space usage efficiency.
Speaking at the ground breaking ceremony, Dang Trong Duc, CEO of Boustead & KTG Industrial Management Co. (BKIM) said that KTG Industrial Nhon Trach 2 – Nhon Phu was an 18.69ha development comprising of 3 phases.
"The project’s phases 1 and 2 have been completed, and almost at full occupancy, all existing tenants have started operation. “We are proud to host tenants from various origins, including Germany, China, South Korea... operating in diverse industries such as footwear, electronics, and high-tech thermoplastic,” said Duc. “Through this project development, we also want to express our bold ambition to improve the quality of overall service experiences, set the highest level of safety and security, and create a green, clean, and beautiful working environment for all tenants.”
The development is surrounded by key transportation infrastructure including future Long Thanh International Airport, Bien Hoa-Vung Tau and Ben Luc-Long Thanh highways, Cat Lai Bridge connecting Nhon Trach with seaports, and international airport. It is a 50-minute drive from the Ho Chi Minh City center via the Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, a 45-minute drive from Cat Lai Port and a 50-minute drive from Cai Mep – Thi Vai Port.
Nhon Trach district and its nearby urban areas (Districts 2 and 9, Thu Duc district of Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa city) are home to a total population of over 2.1 million, offering a large labour pool across different skill-sets.
Duong Thi Xuan Nuong, deputy director of Dong Nai Industrial Zones Management Authority said, “The project is growing and contributing to enhance the competitiveness of the real estate business market in Dong Nai industrial parks, meet the needs of investors, especially for small- and medium-sized enterprises from many countries, who are looking for locations to implement projects to produce or store their products and goods while the industrial land bank are gradually limited.”
